Delivery & Returns

Our delivery process on all in-stock shoes is fast and efficient. All of our Taygra shoes are dispatched from our base in the UK. For items in stock, delivery times are as follows:

UK: 2-3 working days from order placement

Mainland Europe: 4-5 working days from order placement

Rest of World: This can vary; please reach out to office@taygrastore.co.uk

Special Orders

The Taygra range is huge, and as a boutique company we don’t keep every model, colour and size in stock.

Now, the good news! If you would like to special order a particular pair of shoes in the next order run, please email us at office@taygrastore.co.uk with the model, colour, and size you would like.

We place orders regularly. If the shoes you want are already on the way, we can reserve them for you. Otherwise, we’ll be able to come back to you with an estimated delivery date depending on what local production is like in Brazil.

Returns

Shop with confidence! At Taygra UK, we are excited to partner with PayPal to offer free return shipping through the Return Shipping on PayPal program.

Once you have received your shoes, you have 30 days to check them for sizing, fit, and style. Do you love them? Yes? Then enjoy them! And, if you don’t love them, you can send them back for an exchange or a refund.

To be accepted for return, your Taygra shoes must be:

  • Sent back unworn (trying them on in your home is ok!) without signs of wear, like dirt, scuffs, or other marks
  • Accompanied by a piece of paper letting us know your name and order number, so we know who is returning the shoes
  • Packed to protect them from the elements on their return journey (you can re-use the original packaging)

Please send us an email to office@taygrastore.co.uk to give us a heads up that you are returning shoes, and to indicate whether you would like to exchange them (and, if so, for which shoes) or if you would like a refund.

Exchanges can be made for equal value shoes, or for any other style where you pay the difference in price.

To take advantage of the Return Shipping on PayPal program, here’s what you need to do:

  • Activate the service in PayPal before you submit a refund request
  • You need to have paid for your Taygra UK order online, with an active PayPal account
  • Meet the return conditions of Taygra UK as above
  • Submit a complete refund request of the return shipping costs within 30 calendar days of mailing back the shoes

You pay for the return shipping, and send your receipts to PayPal. PayPal then refunds you directly for these costs. Hurrah!

What’s more, you can use this program with a number of retailers online, not just us. Bonus!
